Rick Hubbard’s creative business and community development venture in Bangladesh!

Bangladesh is a country born in war, broken by poverty and often struck with deadly storms. Its past, present, and future seem clouded by despair. Yet the people are optimistic, industrious, welcoming, and they’re gaining a taste for coffee too!

Rick and Chris Hubbard went to Bangladesh in 2002 and spent two years there teaching and living among the people. They have now returned to Bangladesh with their children, eager to serve the Bengali people. Rick brings his expertise as a coffee roaster to the needs of start-up coffee farmers in the Chittagong Hill Tract region of Bangladesh. Together they make the perfect cup of opportunity to pull people out of poverty.
